As parent-patient advocates, Chloe and I are ruthlessly focused on platform changes that will include Mila's future — and the futures of every child like her.

Mila's Rule — Babies' Future Bill

Governance — Preserving patient freedoms

The establishment of a clear governance pathway allowing clinicians to sign prescriptions for the manufacture of cell therapies from peripheral bloods WITHOUT knowledge of how they might be used in the future for the patient. Only to be released if patient is enrolled successfully in a clinical trial. This bill seeks to preserve the freedoms of the family and baby patient, appreciating that what is considered 'advanced' now may well be common practise when the manufactured bloods are called on.
